If you have purchased the full version of Free File Opener you will need to enter your registration key to unlock the application to allow you to Print and Save from within Free File Opener.
NOTE: If your version of Free File Opener does not look like the images below you are using an older version of Free File opener. Please download and install the latest version of Free File Opener here
Step 2 - From the "Help" Menu choose "Enter license key..."
Step 3 - The Enter Registration Key wizard will start.
Enter your name in the Registered To field and your registration key in the Registration Key field. We recommend that you copy the serial number you received and paste it into the registration window to avoid typing errors. Click Activate Now to start the online activation process.

To open a file you received via email you must first save the file from the email message to your hard drive.
When you have saved the file to your hard drive, open Free File Opener
Click the blue folder icon labeled "Open"
The open file window will appear. Navigate to the file you would like to open. highlight the file name and click "Open" and the file will open in Free File Opener.
